Where are you located?
Our office is located on the outskirts of Midland Michigan, USA.
How big is your staff?
Currently we have a staff of 6 skilled draftspersons with approximately 1/2 of our staff trained in Microvellum, while the other 1/2 primarily works in straight AutoCAD.
What Software Do You Currently Use?
Primarily we use AutoCad 2022 along with Microvellum Toolbox. For Microvellum we use both the new Foundations Library, as well as the older Cabinet Components Library.
What Are Your Typical Lead Times?
We try to turn projects around in 7-10 days, however this can vary greatly depending on the scope of work. We deal with some retail clients that require drawings in as little as 48 hours. On the other end of the spectrum, we can also handle larger projects, such as schools or hospitals, that may take a few months to complete depending on the timeline and phasing of the project. Be sure to include your needs when requesting a quote.
What are your prices?
Our prices are based per project. Once we have had a chance to review the scope of work, we will issue you a fixed price quote for the project. Our pricing includes any "reasonable" revisions required to pass architectural / customer review. If at any time, there is a "significant change" in the scope of work, we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly. "Significant Change" will be at the sole discretion of Manufacturing Options. Also, any additional work such as revising drawings due to site conditions, as builts, and field measurements may be subject to additional cost as they are not part of the original scope of work as defined above. Our terms and conditions are clearly defined on our quotes.

How do I get a quote?
Send us a much information as you can regarding the project you are working on. At a minimum we would like to see your scope of work as well as the architectural drawings if available. In addition, a sample of your past submittals would be very helpful to allow us to match your existing "look and feel". You can send the items to the email at the top of the page or upload them to our site. Quoting is always free of cost.
